For our customer who is one of the largest mobile test solution and system
simulator manufacturer. This is a customer facing role focused on
managing the product’s key customer partnership from an engineering
perspective.
Required Experience:
- 2G, 3G L1-L3 Protocol > 5 years in an R&D environment
- Must have detailed knowledge of RRC and NAS protocol layers
- Familiarity with release 5, release 6 and release 7 (HS)
- ASN.1
Desired Experience:
- C/C++ Coding, preferably in a windows environment
- TTCN2/TTCN3 test case development
- Customer interaction.
Job Description:
- Attendance on technical conference calls with key customers to provide
engineering support.
- Requirements gathering from customers for new release 6/7/LTE features
- Investigation and management of issue resolution on new technologies
with key partner customers
- Review of output of engineering development team for new features to
ascertain suitability to meet customer requirements and adequacy of
customer documentation
- Participate in the analysis and investigation of new feature
implementation on the product and customer API design
- Assist customers with new feature integration and initial test scenario
development
- Carry out specialist customer-focused development activities, as
required.
